A POSTCARD FROM THE NORFOLK BROADS is an illustrated 128-page souvenir of the northern Broads, based on the rivers Thurne, Bure and Ant. As well as beauty spots, nature and landmarks along these rivers, the book visits Barton, Hickling, South Walsham, Salhouse, Malthouse, Ranworth and Wroxham Broads. Starting from Hickling and Horsey, the book takes readers on a journey along the Thurne to the Bure, then from Acle to Coltishall, before taking the Ant from Wayford Bridge via Stalham, Sutton, Barton Broad and How Hill to the Bure. The final section provides a snapshot of the southern Broads, including Breydon Water, Berney Arms, Brundall, Oulton Broad and Beccles. Ilustrations are in the form of paintings, original prints, vintage postcards and photographs.
