Returns Policy
Mascot Media takes great care over the packing of its books, cards and stationery. It uses packaging materials of approved quality. However, we appreciate that damage can occur during transit via the postal system or courier. In those instances please report to us the damage on receipt of the package, preferably with digital images. We will then make the necessary arrangements to recover the damaged item and replace it with a new one. Where appropriate we may offer a partial or full refund.
